Leadership and management are ubiquitous concepts today, and they are becoming increasingly crucial in the context of the shortage of skilled workers, the demands of new generations of employees, the pressure of digitization, and a generally increasingly complex world.

In finance in particular, leadership is becoming increasingly important as the role of the finance function shifts from transactional tasks focused on reporting, consolidation and planning to a central role as a “business partner” driving cross-functional initiatives. As a result, developing a vision for the company, particularly from the perspective of sustainability and digitalization, is one of today’s most important tasks for finance executives.
